The six-story, 100,000-square-foot complex will include suites and apartment-style residences, a ballroom, bookstore, dining facilities, study lounges and meeting rooms, as well as offices for student government, USF World and other organizations.

Students who want to live in the new residence hall, which has been named Atala Hall, in 2024-2025 can also apply for up to a $4,000 scholarship to be among the first to live on the Sarasota-Manatee campus. Apply here.

(Note: The housing scholarship deadline has been extended. Scholarship awards are limited and based on date of submission and until funds are exhausted.)
