- Procurement of furnishings is coordinated by Facilities Planning & Management in compliance with USF and State of Florida Purchasing Rules and Procedures.
- Furnishings and equipment with a value $5,000 and greater are provided with a special bar-coded inventory tag/decals through the USF Property Department for Other Capital Outlay (OCO) compliance.
- USF Sarasota-Manatee campus maintains control over physical resources in accordance with USF policies and procedures.
- USF Sarasota-Manatee campus reviews and updates furniture and computer equipment for the FP&M department ONLY in a single inventory database.
