All residents must obtain a New College of Florida ID. To obtain your ID, please follow the instructions below. 

Submission Process:

1. Log in to MyNCF at myncf.ncf.edu using the student credentials you were provided.
2. Locate and select the NCF Card service on your dashboard.
3. Click the Camera Icon in the top-left corner near your default profile photo.
4. Follow the instructions to upload your photo.

Photo Requirements

• Cropped slightly above your head to the middle of your chest.
• Plain, light, neutral background.
• Clear, high-quality color photo with no filters or alterations.
• No sunglasses, hats, or headwear (unless for religious or medical reasons.
• Face the camera directly with eyes open and looking forward.

Troubleshooting & Card Pickup

Please note that the online system uses automated photo-detection software and can be highly sensitive. If your photo meets all requirements but is repeatedly denied, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@ncf.edu for manual review and approval.

Once your photo has been uploaded, send a quick confirmation email to helpdesk@ncf.edu. Your physical ID card will be printed and available for pickup at the Atala Hall front desk within 24 business hours.
