Overview

We will offer suite and apartment style housing on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus starting in Fall 2024! There will be something for everyone.

Suite Style 

Our most abundant housing option, suite style halls, will offer a balance between independence and convenience. With bathrooms shared only by roommates, suites will provide more privacy than traditional college-style rooms.

Apartment Style

Apartments will allow the greatest opportunity for independent living. Apartments offer more privacy and are a great choice for older students and those who find it easy to seek out community involvement opportunities. Apartments will be available with single-occupancy bedrooms.
