Selby Auditorium

The Selby Auditorium plays a core role in hosting events at USF Sarasota Manatee.

Planning your event
Student Organizations
Student organization events are defined as events planned by a recognized student organization for their members or the USF community. The organization is responsible for planning, executing, and funding the event.
Reservation Schedule (Student Organizations – Student Center Venues)
- Summer Semester: February 15 at 10:00 AM
- Fall Semester: April 15 at 10:00 AM
- Spring Semester: October 15 at 10:00 AM
If a date falls on a university closure day, reservations will open the following business day at 10:00 AM. Requests submitted before the opening date will be declined.

University Departments
University department events are defined as events planned by a department for internal or USF community use. The department is responsible for planning, executing, and funding the event.
Reservation Timeline (Additional Campus Spaces)
- Main Building & Courtyard: Up to 1 year in advance
- Selby Auditorium: Up to 1 year in advance
- Classrooms: Reservable after add/drop period
- Main Rotunda: Up to 1 year in advance
Non-University Clients
External organizations interested in hosting events that align with the university’s mission are encouraged to explore venue options above and submit an inquiry form.
