Picking Up ID Cards or Parking Permits
Call ahead – ID cards and parking permits may be picked up. Please contact the Sarasota-Manatee campus Cashier’s Office at (941) 359-4220 or e-mail sar-business-office@usf.edu prior to arriving on campus to confirm availability.
Identification - Please have a driver’s license or some other form of ID available when picking up parking permits or ID cards.

Payment Options for Tuition and Fees:
Cash payments will not be accepted. Online payments are strongly encouraged.
- Credit Card Payments for Tuition and Fees (strongly encouraged): MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card payments may be made in OASIS. A 2.75 percent convenience fee will be charged. Please note that the University does not accept Visa for payment of tuition and fees.
- E-check Payments for Tuition and Fees (strongly encouraged): May be made in OASIS by entering the routing and account numbers from your checking account paper checks. There is no additional cost to pay using this method, and payments post immediately.
- Check/Money Order Payments for Tuition and Fees: Checks and money orders (including the student’s name and U# and current address
and phone number) in the exact amount only may be mailed to the Tampa Cashier’s Office

Credit Card Payments for Parking Permits and Citations (strongly encouraged): May be made through the Sarasota-Manatee Branch Campus Parking Services website: https://www.sarasotamanatee.usf.edu/campus-life/campus-resources/parking-services/index.aspx. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card payments are accepted.
Check and Money Order Payments for Parking Permits and Citations: May either be placed in the Sarasota-Manatee drop box, as referenced above, or mailed to the Sarasota Parking Services Auxiliary at the following address:

Parking permits may be designated for mailing or for pick-up at the Sarasota-Manatee Parking Services Department at the time of purchase. If you are planning to pick-up your permit, please contact Sarasota Parking Services at either (941) 359-4203 or (941) 359-4220 prior to arriving on campus to confirm availability.
ID Cards
The University is transitioning to a 100% online ID card request procedure. Therefore, all requests for ID cards should be submitted as indicated below. After the approval process has been completed, the cards will be printed and ready for pick. Please contact the Sarasota-Manatee campus Cashier’s Office at (941) 359-4220 or email sar-business-office@usf.edu prior to arriving on campus to confirm availability.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Online payments are strongly encouraged.
New students should request their initial USF ID Card through MyBullsPath, or directly at the USF Card Request Site: https://idnow.it.usf.edu. Your Oasis account will be charged $10 for your initial ID card.
Returning students who already have a current USF ID Card: No action is needed. You can continue to use your existing USF ID card.
Returning students needing a replacement USF ID Card: To request a replacement for an existing card, please enter your request at the USF Card Request Site: https://idnow.it.usf.edu/. Your Oasis account will be charged $15 for your replacement ID.
Procedure for Obtaining Faculty and Staff ID Cards - The University is transitioning to a 100% online ID card request procedure. Therefore, all requests for ID cards should be submitted on the USF Card Request Site: https://idnow.it.usf.edu. After the approval process has been completed, the ID card will be available for pick-up at the Sarasota-Manatee Cashier’s Office (Room B-116) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is no charge for the first faculty/staff ID card. Replacement cards are $15.00, the cost of which is payable when the card is picked up.
