Customer Survey

The Director of Facilities Planning and Management performs a quarterly assessment of departmental goals and objectives in support of the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus Strategic Plan and reviews that assessment with the Regional Chancellor.

Facilities Planning and Management also conducts an annual performance assessment through a blind survey of the campus community, including faculty, staff and students. The overall unit goal is an overall customer satisfaction score of at least 4.5 on a 0-5 scale. The unit uses the results of the survey to assess performance and service levels, determine if the performance is meeting the assessment goals and objectives, and to implement changes to provide improved customer service. Individual performance goals and evaluations for the unit management and staff are established partially on the survey information.
