Safe Zone Ally Training

Safe Zone Ally Training functions under the ONEOMA Model. This simply means the Office of Multicultural Affairs from each USF campus function as one unit with three locations. Therefore, Safe Zone Ally Training was developed and housed on the USF Tampa campus, but all USF students have access and there are trainers on each campus.  The Safe Zone Training Program is the University of South Florida's institutionally recognized Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Trans+, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ+) diversity training program offered through the Office of Multicultural Affairs. The Safe Zone Training Program aims to educate participants on advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community by promoting understanding, support, and inclusivity through interactive conversations and activities.
